SEller is responsible for getting item to the address provided by paypal. If it doesn't arrive then it his responsibility to refund.

Don't bother arguing with this foolish seller, just open a Not Received case to get a refund. Follow instructions carefully. So long as seller deals with the case he will get a refund of te selling fee when he refunds. If however you have to ask ebay to deal with it (Escalate after 8 days) he still has to pay the selling fee.

Once refunded the seller can try making a claim on Hermes, but sellers never read the T & C and Hermes has a very long list of items for which they pay no compensation.

Seller will have to learn the hard way.

He don't know what he's talking about!

When you don't receive an item you've paid for you can open a case under eBay's money back guarantee, through the resolution centre, see foot of page.

A case must be opened within 30 days after the latest estimated delivery date. If the matter hasn't been resolved 8 days after opening a case the option will appear to escalate it for eBay to step in. The seller will be required to provide eBay with tracking evidence of successful delivery to your address. If they can't, eBay will enforce a full refund.

Don't forget to escalate the case, if necessary, and don't agree to close it until you have your refund.
