Item not collected

Wondering if anyone could help? The buyer has sent payment but not collected the item, I originally sent my address details for a courier collection but then I've had no reply for the last three weeks? What do I do next?? If I try n refund, I'll be out of pocket because of the commission that's taken off at my end?! What rights have I got to read list the item?

f you relist and then the buyer says they are collecting then you could be in trouble

You could contact them again and ask them if they wish to cancel

If they agree then you can cancel buyer requests to cancel

The items are not cheap items so you would think the buyer would want either the item or the money.

They were collection only so you did not have to agree to a courier and it is not safe for you to do that.
