Item nor received

I purchased an item on 30/04/21 from a seller and the item has not been received to date. I have contacted the seller on several occasions and been asked to give more time for delivery a number of times. I then asked for a refund and now item has now been deleted form my purchase list to open an ebay request to step in. However I have all the messages on my phone app and details of the item on there. How do I go about complaining about the seller and getting my money back?

Only allowed 30 days from estimated delivery date to open an 'Item not received 'case with eBay and escalate case after 3 days for a refund ... the seller has deliberately run you out of time, case option is now closed and you cannot progress further.    No guarantee of success, but try this >

 

 If you paid through eBay checkout  using a card or available funds, you may have more success if you use the PayPal Resolution Centre to open an 'Item not received'case there and escalate within 2 to 20 days ... otherwise contact your Bank Card issuer for advice >
