Item falling apart

Hi I brought them on 21st September 2020 I received them on the 26th September 2020. I contacted the seller as one they are cream in color and had blue ink where the stitching was I was only advising them and was happy with them . after 2weeks I noticed they were slipping up and down so tightened the laces on doing so noticed the lace holes were now twice three the original size, the stitching around the big toe area has started to come out although there's no ends to the cotton so am guessing its the material, the sole around the boot's is parting company with the material so now unable to wear them. The 1st time I contacted the seller they replied I left good feedback and now after twice trying to resolve my issue I've had no response 30th November my 1st email to them and again on the 10th December.

Open an Item Not As Described Case with PayPal. You are out of time with Ebay. PayPal have a "Returns on Us" offer which you can apply for. They Pay up to £15.00 Postage if you meet the criteria. You have 180 days Buyer Protection with PayPal. Escalate the Case after 2 days but before 20 days.

If it is the Chinese Seller you left Feedback for he Ships from a Leicester Warehouse. You only have to Return the Item to Leicester. Check the Item Location from under Postage.

To open the PayPal Case find Contact Us at the very foot of the Page. Then Resolution Centre on the next page and Resolve a Problem. Make sure you state that the Item was faulty when you Received them.
