Hello,
my item didn't arrive and it also desappeared from my purchase history, so I cannot reclaim anything.
When I try to connect to the purchase from the email of purchase confirmation, ebay has technical hiccups...
How can I contact a human support service??
Are you sure item is not in your Purchase History and not just gone over 60 days. There is a Drop Down Menu top right of purchases to change the period shown.
How did you pay, if you can't use ebay's Money Back Guarantee, that is only for 30 days from expected delivery, you will need to contact whatever method of payment you used.
