Morning All
I purchased an item (Rocker for Baby Pram) which the seller sent, however, I never received the item. When I enquired from the Seller as to the whereabouts of the item she said she had posted it but had not selected a tracking option (I selected click & collect delivery from a nearby convenience store that I use frequently). I had never received notification that the item arrived (like I have many times before) and even when to the store to ask if the item had arrived, NADA. NOTHING.
Seller claims it's my fault I had not received the item I paid her for as she sent it (no tracking) and she sees that as her job done - I respectfully disagree.
Upon enquiry from EBAY in the Resolution Centre, I tried to open a case but told the the Ebay Money Back Guarantee is not valid as my account had previously been suspended?? I didn't know that it had been suspended, but OK fine - it seems to be working fine now and I have 100% positive feedback on purchases and sales. I tried to chat to EBAY agents on the online chat, but I was passed from pillar to post (transferred about 6 times) and was promised a resolution but still nothing.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Are you within 30 days of the item's last estimated delivery to the store?
Then, try again to open a case for item not received in the Resolution Centre. Without a tracking number to show delivery there the seller will have to refund. If they do not within 3 full days, then escalate in day 4, and eBay will step in and force the refund.
