THis is the first (and last) time I will use the GLobal Shipping Programme
I sent an item to a buyer in France which looks like it has been damaged in transit. Buyer has now raised a paypal dispute for a refund and the amount has been suspended in paypal but ebay rules clearly say I am not respsonsible for damage once it has received the UK local shipping centre. They sent it on without raising any issues so I assume it reached there fine.
What should I do as I dont see why I should provide a refund for an item I posted in good faith?
Don't do anything, PayPal will refund the buyer and release your payment, if that doesn't happen, post here again for advice.
