Item Returned, But Stuck In Transit

Hi all,

 

So 3 weeks agho now I bought an item, it was not as desscribed and the buyer happily accepted to pay refund. I have now posted the item, and the buyer has received However, when I check returns details, the item is stuck "in transit", and even though the seller has the item, he can not post a refund apparently because it has not got to that stage yet, but he has had the item for 9 days now. What should I do in order to recive my refund? He has told me he no logner has the option to edit the return ticket, and as I said I can do nothing until it changhes from "in transit" to delivered"

Ask the seller to see if they can refund you via their PayPal Account by going to the transaction & next to item see if they have the option to refund in you in full

 

Also if the RM website shows item still in transit then on their website see if you can send them a message to ask them to up-date it to item "delivered & signed for "

 

In cases like this one it can mean that  item was not signed for even though the seller got his/her item back

  • postie did not ask for a signature perhaps
  • item was left without a signature
  • website not up-dated
