Sale has proceeded with no issues at all other than fact that Buyer agreed to collect. Buyer has paid in full and collected. Buyer is happy. However I have an outstanding message to dispatch item. I have no code to scan and no six figure reference. I cannot cancel as this will refund Buyer. Any suggestions please?

ebay have introduced these codes without actually telling anyone about them!
if you are the seller the buyer is supposed to show you the code on their phone,
you can bypass the need for a code by using the full site, not the app
use the drop down menu next to the item and mark it as paid and dispatched
