I am trying to close a case as the item has turned up. I get transferred to the USA site (all prices in dollars) and an error message telling me there is a problem with eBay.
I still have this problem.
I keep getting directed to a fresh sig-on screen at .com then, when I try to close the case on .com I still get an error "it not you it's us" . The original delivery due date was 2nd March. The Resolution Centre says eBay will contact me shortly. Will the case drop off my Purchase History ?
