I have not seen any reports this morning 

I would not use packlink

Sort your own courier or RM 

Too many problems with packlink and hard to claim if you have a problem

You dont have to use them

Thanks for info. I was actually going to ask this problem as to date I havent received any money back off any claims. Can you adivse on who is the best courier. UPS seem good but again they are very difficult to claim from

Why ever would you need to go through Ebay, to Packlink who pass on to Hermes.

It only takes one Company to deliver, why use 3. The more steps in a simple process the more chance of things going wrong.

Have you ever read Packlink's T & C to find out what if any protection you have for Loss or Damage?
