Hi, Ebay have now stopped buyers bidding  in countries where the Royal mail has suspended services.  Fedex etc who I use 90% of the time are still delivering but my customers in suspended countries cannot bid on my items.  Anyway over this and if reading this, Ebay sort it out!

your listings have Royal Mail as the only postage option

you need to revise them if you are using a courier
