‘International Fee

Does anyone know that if a buyer is registered abroad regardless of having post sent to UK address that ebay charge what they call 'international fee ' ? I find this totally unfair as it's not the sellers fault that the buyer has not bothered to change there status as to where they based but if we are posting to a UK address then they should NOT be charging fees to a seller ?  We are not mind readers as to know who buys where from ?

It's no different to when payments were received via Paypal who also charged an international transaction and currency exchange fee.

The only thing is eBay are showing the fee more predominantly whereas Paypal took the fee before the payments was shown in your account.
