Insertion fees

eBay is trying to charge me fees for a free listing they offered I'm wondering do I have to pay it and why? The item sold but I thought any fees where automatically deducted from payment once the buyer pays for it.

The Payment is the PayPal Fees. PayPal take their Fees as soon as the Buyer Pays.

The Listing maybe Free but you will still be charged a 10% Final Value Fee by Ebay plus another 10% on the Postage.
