Inpost missing parcel -

Buyer has informed me today she's not received her item. I posted 3 different items Saturday with Inpost - the other 2 have been delivered but not this one. Checked the website tracking and it states courier collected same day but nothing else. Help please as I don't know what to do after investigating Inpost for help to no avail

Buyer opens case for item not received, you have 3 days to prove online delivery or have to refund buyer.

Then you claim from carrier.

If you refuse or ignore case, ebay refund buyer with your money & you still pay fees.
