I have written to a seller THREE TIMES asking for further information about ab item
He has totally ignored my emailsand not even had the courtesy to acknowledge them.
I find this to be an appalling lack of courtesy and good manners and wish to make a FORMAL COMPLAIN.
How do I do this ? ? ?
If the seller does not have the information I asked for he could, at least, let me know instead of being so VERY, VERY RUDE. Not what I expect from eBay sellers.
sellers don't have to reply to messages so you can't make a formal complaint when they don't
if there isn't enough information in the sellers description and they don't reply to questions, find a different seller
they probably looked at the feedeback you leave and decided they don't want to deal with you
