Incorrect Seller Fee on invoice

Hello

I sell a few items on Ebay and always pay my seller fees has i sell so it doesnt build up. The invoice Balance has been unavailable for a couple of days and now its come back on it says that i owe £180+ in fees !! I only paid last a few days ago. I have sold 4 or 5 items since then and my invoice should be around £20 tops. I have tried refreshing the page and logging out and back in but it still says the same. Any help would be much appreciated, Thanks.

Ebay are aware of this problem and are working on a fix.

One of the community board managers has asked us to make her aware of any reports by tagging her.

It seems ebay are aware of some seller balances  showing as incorrect and they are working on resolve of this error currently.

Have you checked the details on the invoice in your selling account? You should be able to see if there is anything there that shouldn't be there. You should also be able to check the dates that the fees apply to.

You have sold quite a lot of fairly high-priced items over the last month so your fees will also be high. eBay don't usually make mistakes with fees so check it out thoroughly before contacting them.

By the way, do you realise that private sellers only sell their own unwanted personal possessions? If anyone sells items they have bought or made for selling then they should be registered as a business seller.

Edited to add - I have just seen Angela's response. So it looks like the newest glitch!
