I am trying to return an item and the seller has accepted. Ebay have sent me a label which i fixed to the box, Royal Mail wighed the box and said that the weight was incorrect on the label. They refused to accept the box and told me to get the correct label. The weight should be 5kg and not 0-2kg. I contacted the buyer and they said theat ebay provide the label.
How fo I get the correct lable from ebay??
