Inadvertently left feedback for item not yet received

Hi,

 

I've made several purchases lately and have mistakenly left feedback for an item not yet received.  Is there a procedure to deal with this scenario?

You have only left Positive feedback recently.

 

Positive feedback cannot be changed or added to.

 

Leaving Positive feedback does not stop you opening a case in the Resolution Centre if you do not receive an item or it is not as described or damaged when you receive it.
