If you know nothing about the account or the debt, phone eBay and talk to someone in Trust & Safety as maybe someone has stolen your identity and opened this account. This is a debt collecting agency they use... be prepared to get harassed! You may need to contact Action Fraud (Metropolitan police online) if this a/c is fraudulent... it might get this company off your back if you give them a case number.
