I was bidding on a Childs guitar and win the Auction but when went to pay i was informed by the seller that they did not post to Northern Ireland :

I then subsequently received an negative report on eBay which will effect my poisition on the site ...this is unfair IWAS NOT ALLOWED TO PAID FOR THE ITEM WHICH I HAD WIN WHEN/AFTER THE AUCTION HAD ENDED
I have also informed another seperate auction ... in mid auction ...that they did post to my address...
