I've already purchased an iPhone 7 from eBay I've tried cancelling bids on other iPhone 7's without success & it's a nightmare trying to contact EBay & the worst happened a bid I'd made was successful & I had to send message to seller I couldn't purchase it due to already purchased one how can  we contact eBay easier & how easy is it to cancel bids

Retracting a bid | eBay

IF you have bid and won other phones that you do not want the sellers can open non payment cases against you.   Each case can result in you getting one non payment strike.   This is bad because most sellers block bids from anyone with 2 unpaid strikes in the previous 12 months.   Also because you are a fairly new member Ebay can also restrict your buying abilities if you win and then do not pay for items because you dont want them. 

I have just realised you are in the States.    You are better off asking on your home site because the above is how things work on our Uk Ebay and the rules MAY be slightly different on your Ebay.com site.
