I sold an item that was cancelled. the cancellation is complete but is still showing in sold list.

Hi Peeps

i sold an item which was then cancelled. the item is still showing in my sold list, together with the sold amount.

how do i remove this from list. I have been trying to contact ebay but its absolutley crazy. i am going mad!!

can somebody help me please

by the way the cancelation has completed

In your Sold section you click on Orders > Paid and Dispatched ~Cancellations then next to the item click on the box to the left Actions then under the action to the right click on More then Archive. More then Cancellations. What a long winded way of getting to what was a simple way on the old view. No wonder you could not find it unless there is an easier way. This was the only way I could find on the Seller Hub
