I opened a case. Seller agreed refund but says I have to request it.

I opened a case as I never received the item. After loads of messages they have agreed to a full refund but have told me I must  request it. I can't see how to do this when a case has already been opened? Any help please? TIA!

If you've opened a case for item not received and seller is being difficult then ask ebay to step in after 8 full days and before 30 days from opening the case.

 

Don't let seller delay you into running out of time.
