I cancel an order after purchase and I still has not  receive my refund

Did you send the Seller a Cancellation Request? If a Private Seller with a No Returns Policy they do not have to Accept.

After placing the order, I cancelled immediately, the seller accept and cancelled but I don't receive my refund... I tried messaging the seller but it's won't go through as if the seller has blocked me. I need my money bk!
