Hi ,,iv purchased 2 items and recieved one and they should of been 2 so I rang Royal Mail and said ther is one parcel but only one item Royal Mail stated this parcel weighed less than 100gms and if ther was 2 items the same in this parcel it would weigh more than 100gms ,,so he said if you are awaiting 2 items you should have a second tracking number ,the item was scanned 14th April but due to me not being home which I do have proof of postwoman scanning item befor leavening so I wrangroyal Mail so the next day I got a delivery with 1 item not 2 2of the same items would weigh more than 100gms but the parcel weighs less than 100gms ,,now the sell has pestered me to close the case then he will refund me iv refused ,he said it's been scanned he can't help me but not took any notice of anything iv said about it ,he also Said the post man must of put the second one in safe place so in reality I should of had 2 tracking numbers I'm lost he is doin everything not to refund he keeps saying he can't refund,, I have a reference number for Royal Mail to prove I have speaking to them ,,hope you can help kind regards

Buyers are well covered against losing money on ebay.
Did you order them as one purchase?.
If you did and you only received one item then you open a not as described dispute( you received one instead of two. Not as described)
Two seperate items need two seperate tracking numbers
If you bought them seperately as two items and one has not arrived then you open a not received for the item you have not received.
That is as Not received
There is no need at all to contact Royal Mail at all you just do the dispute.
You dont need to discuss with the seller
Dont close any dispute on the sellers request you follow it through.
