I have not received my order

Hello!
regarding our latest email with sellers they said I would wait another week but it's been over a week and still I have not received my order.
I wonder to what to do? after so much time has already elapsed how eBay can help me?

Good Morning Hojat,

 

You need to open a case for item not received in the Resolution Centre at the foot of this page.  This gives your seller 8 more days to send your item or refund you.  If not then escalate to Ebay after the 8 days and they will step in and refund you.

 

Do not close the case on any promise from the seller that the item is on its way.  Once closed, it cannot be reopened.
