I have been left 'Neutral' feedback about a pair of Clarks boots that I have sold. The woman stated that they were not the size that I had listed. They were a 5 & they were more of a 5.5 so a tad on the big side for a 5 and I am a 5.5-6 and they fit me ! She stated in the FB that they were more of a 4.5 . . . no way ! so according to her 'they were not as described' ! I want this FB removing because she is not being honest !

There is nothing in the buyer's FB comment that makes it removeable.
The way you listed the boots confused the sizing of them so it is the buyer's opinion that they are a different size.
Contact the buyer and see if you work something out, they either return them for a refund or they may accept a partial refund. Then you can ask them if they will revise the feedback.
