I have been contacting Ebay regard HOLD on my money. Ebay claims that it's you who decided to freeze my money for sold items including postage.
Now, I would like to investigate it as I have checked several trusted sources and I believe 'HOLD' SHOULD NOT HAVE A PLACE ON MY ACCOUNT.
1) I got ebay and paypal account for years now!
2) I prosper very well, have small amount of cases or returns ( if happen are always sorted ),
3) I'm never late with dispatch,
4) I sell item everyday since few years now,
5) I don't sell high risk items,
6) My business got only 1 bad feedback within 1.5 year! (bad feedback left in December 2017)
Now what 's your reason to hold MY money back? You are freezing item price + postage cost as well, therefore I struggle with posting items! I need to have at least postage cost available to be able to post them on time.
I don't use Ebay postage features as they are more expensive than ordinary Post Office counter.
Please end this unfair proceeder as I believe you have no reasons therefore rights to put your greedy hands on MY money.

None of us is anything to do with this. We are members like you.
EBay does put various security features on an account and one may be a hold on money. This applies particularly to a seller who sells infrequently or returns to selling. Money will also be held during any time when a case is open.
If it is their usual 21 day hold this can be reduced if you mark as dispatched and add tracking. It is probably unwise to be on eBay if you are working on a day-to-day basis [in otherwords using payments to fund later sale postage etc]
