But I cant add it in the voucher area of the payment screen. It says invalid. The item is eligible and is over $10.

Right I am in UK. I have always been. Its not my fault. My account is a UK ebay account. But eBay itself sent me this coupon code in my ‘eBay inbox’ which is a UK account due to a recent cancellation of order on their part.
