I cannot provide tracking number for the item i sold. I send it by e-mail. Payment on hold. Help

Hello,

I have my payment on hold by ebay.

But a buyer have already recived items from my via E-mail.

I cannot provide tracking number for something what is not phisical.

Can anyone help me? It's been over 7 days

As you are not allowed to sell Digital Items on ebay you are on alost cause. 

As you can't prove delivery by Tracking  a buyer can always get a full refund, probably why it is not allowed to sell Digital Items.
