If you purchase an item and it is not as described then go to the Resolution centre (link at the bottom of the page) and open a not as described case.  Read all the instructions carefully.   Escalate the case a full 3  days later for Ebay to step in if necessary.    There is no need for you to contact Ebay if this is a recent purchase. 

After looking at your feedback left for others..........are you trying to say that Ebay will not allow you to open a case?

You don't contact ebay. It is very much DIY, why don't you read the Money back Guarantee, top right of EVERY listing.

It is up to you to open a NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE, and seller provides a return label.
