I am still not receiving my FM/collection code for my parcel

Please give me advice how I can receive my FM/collection code? I have my parcel 2 days in the store and ebay still not sending me this code

It does seem to take a couple of days for them to be sorted at the store.

Contact ebay and ask them for the code.

It is nothing to do with the seller

I did contact them, but still no answer, I'm little be nervous, because I did pay and I can't pick it up without code 😞

How did you contact them?.
You would have to phone as there is no email for ebay
