How to take my listings down?

With no customer service on ebay anymore, I want to take my listings down and sell on facebook instead but for some strange reason I can't see the option to do it?

On the seller hub go to the item and on the right there is a tick box and next to that Edit and a little arrow

You click on the arrow and options come up with end listing

Two of your items have bids

If you end them with bids then you will pay the fees at the price of the highest bidder.

If any are less than 12 hours to go then you can not end them
