Afternoon all,
I was suprised to receive feedback from a Buyer who falsely claimed I wouldn't communicate with her regarding Hermes allegedly delivering her parcel to the wrong address ... it was the first I'd heard of it.
Whilst I did respond to correct her falsehood, plus I did put in a request to EBay to remove her damaging feedback, I then decided to do a little digging to check out the feedback she had left for other Sellers.
Lo and behold, she leaves identical copy and paste fake feedback for everyone.
I'm unsure whether I'm permitted to include the buyer's name here - last thing I need is to fall foul of any EBay privacy rules, but I think this individual should be banned from EBay for serial inappropriate behaviour and maliciously damaging decent Sellers' reputations.
If I were very cyncial, I'd think her tactics were either intended to ellicit compensated from a) Sellers b) the courier company, or c) she has ongoing mental health problems.
Suggestions on how to protect future Sellers that she'll be targetting, would be most appreciated.
Thanks.

No, you cannot name and shame on the boards - best remove the image.
The buyer has left the exact same false positive for all sellers, which hints that they don't realise how feedback posting works and just clicks on the feedback they have saved.
As its on a green dot it won't damage or stand out.
you can ask eBay to look at this history and 'maybe' they might do something.
