Ebay seller sold me a coat badly stained we agreed I was to return the item, which I did but seller denies receiving it, I have a certificate of posting. I had to involve Ebay and went through the Resolution process which was found in my favour and Ebay refunded my money. The feedback that I did for the Seller was negative (see below). I have since checked that feedback and have found a nasty comment on that feedback from the Seller which is defamatory (see below). How do I have this removed or how can I answer it? I am certainly no scam artist and that is why Ebay found in my favour, I certainly need a right to reply to such aweful words.
My Feedback.......Item arrived stained, seller agreed to a return & refund after 12 days no refund.......
Report it and ebay will remove the comment, sellers are not allowed to leave negative comments with a green dot
