How to remove negative feedback from Seller from Hell

Hi All,

 

I bought an item a few weeks ago, paying immediately. 

Despite paying well over the odds for P&P, the item arrived late, poorly packed and not as described. 

When I politely complained and asked for a return, the seller refused to confirm that that she would not accept the parcel if it was returned and basically was extremely unreasonable and very agressive (she even said out of the blue that I was being racist toward her  when we are both white!) 

Her behaviour was so extreme  that I felt I had little choice but to leave negative feedback and report her to ebay - which is the first time I have done either of these things in over a decade in ebay.

 

Anyway, I then find she has left negative feedback for me.  Yes, she clicked on positive, then proceeded to go on a rant accusing me of all sorts of things.   

My question is: How can I get this unfair feedback removed?  I found the option to  do it  for sellers, but not for buyers.

You could have avoided the whole issue by completing a Not as Described case under the ebay money back guarantee. Your seller would have had to pay to have the item returned and it wouldn't have mattered one jot whether he accepted it at his end or not, you still would have got your refund.

Call CS and ask them to remove the false positive feedback.
