How to remove feedback?

I received a neutral feedback the other week and I messaged the buyer asking why and he apologized saying he is sorry but he meant to leave it for someone else for a book he bought... Yet despite asking for him to remove it and eBay as well, it is still there. How can I get this removed effectively please?

The feedback is too old to revise.

You would have to send the buyer a feedback revision request to allow it to be changed,IF the fb is less than 30 days old.
