How to refund

I can't refund someone as I don't want to guve my account number and sort code out to eBay. Is there another way?

You do not refund through private accounts  but from a case opened by the buyer.

 

Ask your buyer to open the relevant case in the  Resolution Centre.  You then fully refund through the case details,  and within 8 days of the case being opened.  That way,  there is no  defect on your account.
