How to cancel return label.

Hi... I cannot find a option that says to cancel return label request... Because now seller has agreed to refund me in full, but first wants me to close my case ... But I did not open a case as such ... I only requested for a return label... and now I cannot cancel it.. if u can help me with this would be much appreciated.

You must have Opened a Case for him to be asking you to Close it  Do not close it, have you not seen all his bad feedback for Screen Protectors?  Return it using the the EBay Label and get your Refund.
