How to CC another email into New Order notifications

Would somebody kindly let me know how I can add another email address to receive new order email notfifications?

The account is set up to my email and our sales department need the new order emails.

not through ebay,

set up forwarding in your email account

Thanks for the clarification. I had set up a forward rule as a temporary solution, but it looks like there is no better solution. I can't understand how this functionality isn't built in!
