How the hell do you get in touch with eBay?!

I have tried ringing - no phone support available. Tried asking for a call back - unavailable. Cannot find an e-mail address. Really need to ask them a question that I cannot find an answer to anywhere in the help section but there is absolutely no support available despite what their answering machine message says. Very dissappointing.

There is support available ...on these boards.

No we are not Ebay but there are responders with a lot of experience on Ebay who can possibly offer you some constructive advice.

What problem are you encountering?

Due to the current pandemic you are right there is little or no support from Ebay CS at the minute.
