How long do I have to leave feedback?

I bought 3 x items from a seller but only 2 arrived. I contacted straight away and they said they would resend the missing item but it may take some time as it is from abroad. I was told the missing item could be up to 5 weeks and I've waited nearly 7 to be fair.

How long from the original purchase date do I have to leave feedback?

I'd like to know where I stand when I make further communication.

You have 60 days in which to leave feedback.

The more important factor  here is the seller has made you go over the time limit now to open a claim with eBay for item not received.  That is 30 days from last estimated date for delivery on that item.

You do have 180 days to claim with Paypal for item not received,  I would suggest opening a case for that now.

Thanks for that. Originally the items arrived in Dec, way ahead of the estimated delivery of 14th Jan. That means that I am still within the 30 days so have just opened a case to be safe.
You not only answered my question but also gave me the info I actually needed even though I didn't know it!
