How does a buyer cancel an order

A buyer doesn't want an item that she successfully bid on last evening. She hasn't paid and I haven't sent the item. I have checked eBay help and it says that she should cancel the order. How does she do this? Thank you

They send you a cancellation request

For non payers I would always do the non payment dispute

They get a strike and two or more will stop them buying off many sellers

It wrecks you listing

If you have a non payer you open a non payment dispute at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre.

You can open one after 2 days and close after another 4 days.

You get your final value fees back the non payer gets a strike and neither of you can leave feedback.

If you dont do this then ebay do not know you did not get paid and you have to pay the fees.

You have 32 days to open a dispute

The buyer can request a cancellation but you issue it on My eBay via More Actions, right of the item on your sold list > Cancel order > Buyer asked to cancel.   Or on seller hub go to Orders find the transaction you want to cancel, and from Actions, select cancel order.
