How do I raise a TECHNICAL ISSUE on the new Community Pages ?

I keep getting a message that the Resolution Centre Server is down but can no longer find the Technical Issues Tab to report it.

Just checked ut is working now, but I know it has had issues.

Thanks for that. I've tried again & still get put over to eBay.com and Server Down message. I'll try again this evening.

Try logging out & make sure you log in to www.ebay.co.uk

Logged out. Closed Chrome. Reload chrome & ebay.co.uk - Still have a problem.

That takes me part way. When I click on "See deatils" of the case entry it takes me to the .com sign on screen then when I try to click on close the entry I get the "its not you it's us" message.
