How do I get the right refund amount....

Trying to refund a buyer for an item lost in the post. No matter what values I put in the boxes, it won't let me submit  ?

What the hell are these two values supposed to be ? Buyer bought 2 at 9.99 but with a multi buy discount.

Someone tell me I'm missing something obvious.

Has the buyer opened a not received dispute as that what they should do

You then refund through the dispute.

It should refund the amount the buyer paid.

Sorry if this is what you are already doing as you are a business seller and have done refunds before

I assume you know what you are doing as you have had this problem before

Buyer has been very reasonable so I just want to refund them without a dispute.

It's not possible to fill out one of the boxes, the fund box is still greyed out. Both boxes must be filled.

You dont do that.

All disputes are dont through the resolution centre.

If you are on managed payments you may not be allowed to
The buyer opens the dispute and you refund through the dispute
You get your fees back
