Ask the buyer to open the relevant case in the Resolution Centre.

 

To then fully refund within the case details,  and within 8 days,  that way there is no defect on your account.

 

If there is an item which needs posting back to you,  then you need to pay for that fully tracked return postage,  and do not refund befiore receiving your item back.
