How can I reopen a case? I close the return case by mistake as now found out that the item not real

I bought a Gift set of Creed Fragrances Which I thought could be a very too good to be true offer. Firstly upon receiving the item, one of the fragrances was half empty so I open a return case with the seller. The seller quickly dispatched a second set and received it the next day. Then the seller insisted if I could close the case which I did (I shouldn’t have). Later that night I wanted to try the fragrances that I brought, however the smell was like only 10% in the creed Aventus and the other ones were like almost 95% water. So the next morning I tried to contact the seller and she won’t respond to my messages. Come the following day and she sends me a message saying if I could return the item to her she would refund me, but my worry is that if I send her the item I could lose my money and the item because I don’t have leverage over her i.e I have already closed the case and eBay won’t even step in to reopen my closed case so that way I am protected by eBay money return guarantee scheme? Any help would be appreciated?

You can only open one dispute on ebay and once closed that is the end of it

 

You should always go for a refund rather than replacement

Try opening a dispute for not received on paypal and escalate as soon as you can but within 20 days

Try see if you can use the paypal returns first to get the postage paid if not you will have to pay it yourself to return
