How long does a high value team have to refund a missing item . Can’t seem to find there policy anywhere thanks in advance

As regards the time scale, most money back guarantee claims are almost rubber stamped. If, for whatever reason, eBay carries out a fuller investigation no-one can say how long they may take.

Hi brought an iPhone on 5th August which never came have won my case through resolution on 19th August but it has gone to high value team to authorise as over £500 . I’ve been told on a number of occasions through call backs that I’m in a queue for authorisation. Just wondered how long this usually takes x

No tracking was provided for item realise now I’ve been scammed .
