I have a issue with a posted item with royal mail, some items are too small and light , postman from post office stick only a stamp on my letter, after few weeks receive a claim for refund because buyer didn't receive my parcel, is happening few times today receive again claim for refund from buyer.
I didn't have any proof of posting with stamp, how can I resolve this problem?

You are using Royal Mail 1st Class Small Parcels. Your Proof of Postage has a 16 Digit Doorstep Reference Number on it. Add that to Dispatch. Ebay accept it as Proof of Delivery as long as the Reference Number shows as Delivered.
You need to sort out your Account though. You are running a Business on a Private Account which is just for Selling your own Second Hand Items from in and around your home. You will have HMRC contacting you. Go to Help and Contact at the top of the Page and Enter "Upgrade My Account."
